Andy's Bio

Being born into music is a privilege that few enjoy.  Andrew Mulroe started playing harmonica at the age of seven, then progressed to button accordion, mandolin, banjo, drums and eventually found the guitar, or perhaps it found him.

From the age of ten, Andrew played Irish music in his father’s band.  Having had this background, Andrew then took time out to create his own unique style, a style evident at his shows

Andrew Mulroe is a showman.  An entertainer taught by the best in the business, Roland Storm, Australia’s ambassador of Rock and Roll.  Andrew has played in clubs, shows and at corporate functions throughout Australia working with the best - people like, Alan Dale, Barry Stanton, Ian B McCloud, Vicky Forest and Heathermae Reading to name a few.

Complete with his cordless guitar and headset microphone, Andrew will play up a storm at or on your tables with hits from The Shadows to Chuck Berry’s, Johnny B Goode, from Carl Perkins to the Beatles and no night would be complete without a tribute to Buddy Holly and of course Elvis Presley.
